Method
- cut the stems off the portobello mushrooms and give the caps a clean.
- Prepare the marinade by adding 3 tbsp of olive oil, the balsamic vinegar, the soy sauce and the mixed herbs to a bowl.
- Add the portobello mushrooms to the bowl and coat well with the marinade. Use your hands to rub the marinade into the mushrooms. Leave the mushrooms in the marinade for a few minutes, or longer if you have time.
- Add a little oil to a pan and cook the mushrooms on a medium heat for around 7 minutes, flipping them over half way through.
- Serve in burger buns along with your usual favourite burger toppings.
