Mixed Berries Sorbet

Mixed berries sorbet is really easy to make and is a delicious treat at any time.

Ingredients
  

  • 150g cherries (frozen)
  • 150g raspberries (frozen)
  • 3 tbsp like juice
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

Method
 

  1. Add the frozen berries to the food processor, along with the lime juice and the maple syrup.
  2. Blitz the mixture in the food processor for a few seconds, and then scrape down the sides if needed, and repeat the process.
  3. If the frozen berries are not blending smoothly, add 2 tablespoons of water and blitz again. Add more water if required, 2 tablespoons at a time, until there is enough liquid for the berries to blend into a smooth texture.
  4. Serve in bowls.
