Method
- Peel the bananas and add to a mixing bowl. Mash with a potato masher.
- Add the oats, oat milk and maple syrup
- Mix everything together well
- Add to a silicon baking tray and place in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius (360 degrees Fahrenheit) for 18 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool for a few minutes, then cut into bars.
