Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Greek Style Soya Yoghurt
  • 20 g Plant protein powder
  • 80 g Blueberries

  1. Add the yoghurt to a bowl
  2. Add the protein powder and use a hand whisk to blend the protein with the yoghurt. You can also use a fork for this or a blender.
  3. Add the berries and any other toppings you like such as some muesli, granola, chopped nuts or seeds.
