A quick and delicious high protein breakfast. Greek style soya yoghurt with protein powder and berries.

- 250 g Greek Style Soya Yoghurt
- 20 g Plant protein powder
- 80 g Blueberries
Add the yoghurt to a bowl
Add the protein powder and use a hand whisk to blend the protein with the yoghurt. You can also use a fork for this or a blender.
Add the berries and any other toppings you like such as some muesli, granola, chopped nuts or seeds.
