Margarita Mocktail - A Delicious Non-Alcoholic Cocktail
It's easy to make a margarita mocktail with some citrus fruits and a simple syrup. This non-alcoholic margarita is made with fresh orange, lime and lemon juice and is delicious.

- 4 tbsp orange juice
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1.5 tsp agave syrup (or other sweetener)
- Sparkling water (or soda water)
- coarse salt
Squeeze the required amount of each juice.
Add the juices to a jug or cocktail shaker along with the agave syrup
Mix together or shake with the cocktail shaker
Add some coarse salt to a plate. Cut a wedge in a lime and rub the lime along the rim of the glass. Dip the glass into the coarse salt to salt the edges.
Add the mixed juice and sweetener to a glass and top up with soda water or sparkling water
Give a little stir then add some lime slices and ice to serve.
