Method
- Add the oats to a blender and blend for about 20 seconds into an oat flour
- Remove the oat flour and add the spinach along with 200ml water. Blend until you hae a smooth green liquid.
- Add back the oat flour and blend until smooth
- Leave for a few minutes to thicken and add a little oil to a pan on a medium/high heat on the hob
- Add some wrap mixture and cook for around 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Repeat until all of the mixture is used up
- Fill with your favourite wrap fillings and enjoy.
