10 Minute Creamy Vegan Pasta with Lentils

A delicious creamy pasta dish that you can make as fast as it takes the pasta to cook. High in protein too.

Ingredients
  

  • 330 g pasta
  • 1 tin green lentils
  • 30 g nutritional yeast
  • 6 tbsp cashew cream
  • 400 g pasta sauce

Method
 

  1. Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions
  2. While the pasta is cooking, add the pasta sauce to a small pot and heat on the hob
  3. Drain the lentils and add them to the pasta sauce, Add the cashew cream.
  4. Once the pasta sauce has reached serving temperature add the nutritonal yeast and remove from the heat.
  5. Drain the pasta and combine the pasta with the pasta sauce.
